A letter from my dad

October 27, 1992

Dear Marc,

I want to talk to you about how I'm feeling. I want to tell you I miss going to the Yankees with you and just having you nearby. I was thinking that when you were very little that you and I used to march up an ddown the hall singing songs and playing instruments, and it made us very happy. I also remember that when you were very little you crept under the baby gate at the top of the stairs and fell down the steps and I met you at the bottom in about two seconds. I also remember when you asked me to go to the hospital for your eye operation and you threw up all over the bed that I was sleeping on just to greet me. I loved your room in Mt. Vernon and your closet where we could stay.

This disease in no way affects the way I feel about you and I wish that you and Karen have a good marriage and wedding in Bedford. Other than what I just said, I could think of a lot of other things but right now I think you get the idea. I can tell you about the other thoughts at a later time. I just want you to know that I'm here forever, for whatever you need. I just wante to tell you how much I relaly miss and love you.

Your best dad,
